I am very unhappy with the entire system that I

I am very unhappy with the entire system that I bought. The remote does nothing to control motor, only snaps a picture when any button is pushed. I tried a live chat, asking to speak to a technical rep. I waited 45 minutes with no reply. I either need help talking through the problem or I want to return both items for a full refund.

Unable to pair with Pikaboost 2

Unable to pair with Pikaboost 2. The company only has AI response, so no help at all. When I requested to return the controller, again no response.
Livall is good at marketing, but with customer support. I would not recommend any product from Livall.

Worked fine after solving a couple problems.

I purchased the Lite model and found it to be a bit underpowered so I ordered the Lite upgrade kit. The remote arrived dead, it needed a new battery and LIVALL never sent me the activation code to access the upgrade. After exchanging a few emails with their AI assistant a representative contacted me the next day and he was very helpful and thorough.
