Sizing is off and service is slow

I used the Guide to measure my head and choose the size which I ordered. The helmet was too small even after making the adjustment and now I am waiting for someone to contact me to provide me with a return label and no one is communicating with me about next steps I just kept keeping being told that someone will reach out to me. Please make it easier for people to make return returns when items are not sized properly.

Overqualified Walmart Helmet

It's good minimalistic helmet that I've been looking for that comes with a wind shield and some kind of lighting that doesn't cost 200+ dollars. However it's still pretty pricey for what you get, overall the quality feels like any other Walmart bike helmet, the only plus being the wind shield and SOS system. I've gotten 2 different helmets from Livall in a medium size and for whatever reason this one feels smaller. I also heavily dislike the charger, weak magnet, easily comes off, the port seal doesn't make putting it on any easier. Should've just went with USB-C.

Low quality, feels like a toy

Low quality, feels like a toy. Light is no longer charging and I haven't even worn it once. Charged it, tested it in the house, getting ready to ride this morning and the battery is dead and not charging. Sizing is also inaccurate. Will say again, it feels like a toy helmet for a child, not a real bike helmet. Will be returning.

It's very clunky for biking around the city

It's very clunky for biking around the city. The visor is over the top. I thought the turn signals would automatic but they don't seem to respond. The app is very underdeveloped and it offers voice recognition on the app but it's not actually available with this helmet. The surface of it is very delicate and scratches easily. I think there are better choices of smart helmets out there. Really disappointed.
